I was at my mom's this week and I went through her crochet hooks. She told me to take whatever I wanted so I now have an almost complete set of hooks in all sizes. She had a bunch of really small ones that I think would be used for tatting I am not sure but they are really really small.

Anyway, I was happy and it was free so that was nice!

That is so awesome! That's how I got the majority of my knitting needles...a neighbor of my mil gave them to me. I was sooooo overwhelmed, but I now know what the are all for & have used the majority of them. It's always easier to be motivated when you don't have to buy everything you want!

My parents just moved so my mom couldn't find her knitting needles but she has quite a stash of those also. When we go back I am going to raid those too. She doesn't mind because she doesn't knit anymore.
