pattern question

I am just teaching myself to crochet and I am looking for patterns for things to go with a dollhouse (I am thinking rugs and I don't know what else). Does anyone have any patterns like this or can you point me in the right direction?

Thanks

I tried looking around online and couldn't find anything. I do have a Crochet World mag from (I think) the Dec 2002 issue that has a pattern for a small dollhouse with a sofa, table, I think a rug, a doll...maybe some other things too...I'd have to look. Otherwise, I think it'd be really easy to just make something up as you go. I'll keep looking around...maybe look for patterns for sale on ebay?

I just went to crochet world's website and they don't have back issues. That's so weird.

I just found the issue I was telling you about - it is Dec 2002. It's for a fold up dollhouse which is basically a three sided square box without a top. It includes directions for the "house", doll, table, chair, sofa, recliner, bed, and rug. It's pretty cute. I'll take a pic of the pic so you can see:

The furniture in that pic looks really kool. I was thinking that a small doily (sp?) would make a cute rug or tablecloth, maybe even curtains, bedspread, little pillows. You could get several colors of crochet thread and make a round rug like those striped rag rugs that were so popular, oh 30 years ago (can't believe I'm old enough to remember that).

I hope you pst pics of whatever you come up with.

Jayne.
