Need help with elastic in my longies..

I finished a pair of longies for my ds, but didn't put in an eyelet row. I'll need to fold over the ribbing and sew in elastic. I've read somewhere that I should use swimmers elastic. Anyone know where I get such a thing?
Thanks in advance!
