you buy new needles and yarn and you cast on your project in the parking lot of the yarn store.

(I just learned to knit about a month ago. I have graduated from cotton dishcloths to a mohair scarf and the sage green mohair was so yummy I had to try it out right away!)

She doesn't need red lights if her dh is driving the car so she can knit all the way home.

My silly dh sometimes gets the idea that I should be holding his hand when we go to a movie. Does he think I can knit with one hand?

If DH knew I was going to the yarn store, I think he would hide my car keys!
