With me and ds next week? I know short notice but we were suppose to go with sil and I am feeling like she is going to bale on me! I would be willing to travel a bit. I want to go camping so bad!!

Do you camp in tents?
Where are you?
Where do you like to camp?
How old is your ds?

I haven't been camping in forever! I camped a ton when I was a kid and I took DH camping once about 5 years ago but that's it! But I'm sure I could scrounge up enough stuff to go if we can make it work.

I'm in CT and I have two kiddos--a 4 year old dd, and 10 month old. Might not be as fun with my kids at their current ages

But it looks like your son might be around my nephews age and I'd bet I could get him to tag along.

We haven't been camping yet this year, though we've been talking about it since well before it got warm enough for us. We may go to a campground near us in Western MA that has a lake beach--my kids could really use some extended beach time.
