I just found out that we will be living in Oshkosh for the summer. Anyone have any tips, things we must see while in the area?? I'd love to hear of some great family friendly places, especially outdoor things or cool antique/vintage/repurposed stores!!

I don't know too much about Oshkosh. But, they have a good outlet mall there! Also the EAA grounds is there - if you're into airplanes.

My dh is a pilot and got an internship to work for EAA for the summer. That is why we will be there. I looked a bit online at things to do and love the look of the area. Right now we live in ND for school and just about anything looks better than this place!! I'll have to check out the outlets though, thanks!

We had a weekend trip to Neenah/Appleton/Oshkosh recently and found a great child friendly cafe in downtown Neenah. They have tons of toys to play with, wonderful space, organic and healthy food options and my boys LOVED the smoothies. They also have a retail store on the other side with many natural toys, baby and pregnant mama supplies. Great space.
