Thumbs up What to do in St. Paul, Minneapolis for a weekend.

Hello we are coming to town for the weekend of Fathers day. I was wondering what you all have going on there and is there a web site that has some kind of kids actives?? I know there is the mall of America but I wanted to take the kids to see some other things too. They are 5 and 9. So we can do a lot. Also are there any cool places to go eat with kids and $ friendly? Also where would the best place to get a hotel be, to do a lot of walking. We would like to park the car and walk to some places. Where are the cool parks Do we want to bring our bikes? Love to here from you. Thanks.

There's....
Como Zoo in St. Paul

Grand Ole Creamery on Grand Avenue in St. Paul is another place we never forget to stop @ while visiting the in-laws.

St. Paul's Children Museum My kids enjoyed visiting here.

Science Museum of MN Another great place to visit.

I'm sure some people who ACTUALLY live in this area could tell you some more things, I just wanted to give my suggestions as a fellow MSP visitor.

Enjoy your visit there. We're hoping to get there this summer!

For ages 5 and 9, I think I'd do the Science Museum over the Children's Museum.
