Soy Products and Menopause
How do you feel aobut them from what you have learned.
I ahve heard so much controversy over soy that I am nto certain what to think.
It is most agreed upon that fermented soy products are most beneficial such as tempeh and miso.
The phytoestrogens are said to be helpful in soy products in managing menopause symptoms.
My neighbor who just turned 70 swears by soy.
My friends that run a HFS in Lake City use soy and little animal products unless raw milk and things like that.
Her menopause has been easy.
Would like to open up the floor for disussion and info on this controvery
