Everyone doing ok?

Check in mama's.

I am good. Drinking fertility/aphrodisiac tea often and that really helps my libido.
Using yoni balme and aloe very gel for lubrication since I have absolutely zero.

Currently in pursuit of my dream which has been a stressful journey in many ways....basicaly finding a new place to live.

Eating healthy as best as possible. Local organic grown veggies little junque food.

Feel pretty good except a week ago when I had too much on myplate. I felt depressed because it took so much energy to focus on getting everything done while dh was away. I think that was a huge part of it.

Hey mama

You sound busy, but in good spirits

I might have missed some details on where you are thinking about relocating to, mind filling me in? I know you saw a few places that you like, have you made a decision?

Hoping for the smooth transition for you and am excited for you. I've been feeling stagnant lately, so your example might be just the motivator I need

Hey ladies Still iso of a place. Nothing has really reached out and grabbed us.

However, I have been depressed lately. Lack of sleep and too much ont he old plate. I heard that cortisol in excess may have soemthing to do with the anviety and eating to curb the anxiety. Have you heard about this?

Sorry it took so long to get back here!
