Acording to Susun Weed, herbalist, she claims that 1 quart of yogurt per week is the very best way to get neccesary calcium in any food product.
She is against supplements -she says that calcium supplements make the bones hard. Think of a thin hard stick that can snap.
Well she says that using calcium rich herbs and foods and yogurt, makes the bones flexible and pliable, making it harder to break.
