My menses has finally arrived. I was just getting used to the idea of never having a cycle again! Oh well, at least I know that the plumbing is still working. It was so strange to not flow.

I know that you would. I am hoping for a quick transition time for you, in learning how to live a life of being menopausal.
It looks as though I will have a menses of only 4 days this month! This is a great improvement over having it for 8-10 days. Not only that, but the flow is back to being what is used to be 10 years ago. I remember vividly, feeling the life and energy pouring out of me with my very heavy flows. Strange, isn't it, to be so ecstatic about one's menses?
