There is actually a DVD out of the first book! I knew of The Coot Club and The Big Six done by BBC more recently, but this is the FIRST one and it is done beautifully. It was made in 1974 and they did an excellent job! You can get it on vid, or if you have a region-free DVD player (such as the CyberHome CH300 - now $39.98 at SAM'S - you can make it region-free to play DVDs from any country) you can get the DVD (only avail as a region 2 that I've found.)
