Suggestions/recommendations for road trip destinations in March
that would not be cold, but also would not be the site of college Spring Break debauchery?
I guess Chicago would be too cold.
South Padre would be X-rated
think driveable from KC.

"Master, which is the greatest commandment in the law?
Jesus said until him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.
This is the first and great commandment.
And, the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
On these two commandments have all the law and the prophets."
Chicago would be great! Sometimes it's really nice in March. There are really cool museums. Of course, this is all provided I live there...
Um. Do you guys camp? My friends and I went camping in Southern Utah one year. We drove from Chicago to Utah in one stretch (we were CRAZY!) and had a great time camping. It was pleasantly mild. It was also gorgeously beautiful.
Location: I met one man who was wounded in love, I met another man who was wounded with hatred, And it's a hard, it's a hard, it's a hard, it's a hard, It's a hard rain's a-gonna fall.

I suppose you'll be saying Atlanta isn't driveable?
oh also nashville is along the way as is st louis, so do st louis, nashville, montgomery and then either atl or the beach (the nw florida area i mentioned is abt 3 hrs from here, as is atl) but that would be a driving trip broken into nice little chunks

Chicago was my first thought (after realizing that South Padre Island would be a really bad idea for Spring Break), but then there is that question about weather.
I am considering camping in southern utah.

Considered Atlanta, but then thought that I'd rather spend time in Atlanta sans familia.

I'm thinking that Florida is pushing the limits of driving.

Alabama is a definite consideration, as is:

dude ranches in arizona seriously rock at that time of year! There is a very very family friendly one in Patagonia, AZ - just north of Nogales. I stayed there and absolutely loved it.

I had considered such a place for March 2010, BUT. . . they want riders to be at least five and Jonathan will not yet be five, so I want to save that for a year he is relaly old enough.
Location: So let them talk about us, let them call us funny things, people sometimes do. I dont care as long as you know I love you. Oh, and you know I do

Destin - it is closer than Padre and you will have more families, less party hounds.
