I only watched the 2nd half. I really like the girl from Oregon ... Christy Lyn Cook???

That belly dancing hair waxing dude was a FREAK. And that dude that serenaded Paula with the Stalking song was CREEPY! Oh, and the "no sex allowed" freak!

I felt badly for Princess Lea (sp?) though.

I was gonna say ~ I was glad that Simon stepped up and protected Paula. That guy was a freak... especially when it came to the bathtub/caulk. ACK! And when he got close, I was thinking... dude, that's TOO close! LOL!

Yeah, I too felt bad for Princess Leia. She seems so in love with her character.

The belly dancing ~ wow, he went through h*** to get himself waxed and wasn't given a chance to sing.

Can't remember the name of the guy ~ but he was 20 years old... Simon compared him to Babyface... he's hawt! LOL!

I always feel so bad for the people who are not good singers, but see AI as their only chance to get out of their current lives...

and sometimes I am embarrassed for the people who think they are wonderful but are really not very talented singers.

Maybe I should just wait to watch until the auditions are done.

I didn't remember any names, lol. I never pick a favorite until they've narrowed it down considerably since the odds of my fave staying on are slim, lol. Also, there are so many good ones that you have to hear more from them before you can make a decision about how good they really are. That little 30 second audition just isn't enough for me. You can tell when they are really bad, but not how good they are, kwim?

yeah - I dig the married blonde who is the nanny for the baby girls. She rocked and had a great, totally natural-sounding, bluesy voice.

The one that stood out to me the most was the "let my people go" guy.

"If you were Colombo, I'd Peter Falk you." Not much gets to Simon but I could totally see him being protective of Paula...that guy definitely had his freak on!!!

and the "TAKE IT! TAAAKE IT" chick with the glittery eye shadow!

ok, I really liked the second to the last girl from Oregon who sang Amazing Grace. She is HOT!!! I'm hoping she can go far.
