Jesse Tree Advent Swap sign up list

No unresolved negative feedback. Member at least 6 months with minimum 100 posts.

In this swap you will make 25 ornaments for each slot you sign up for. So I am signing up for 2 slots and I will make 2 different sets of 25 ornaments (example 25 Bible ornaments and 25 angel ornaments).

Swap sign ups until 9/26. Ship date to me by 11/1 and I will ship out by 11/14. This should mean that everyone has them by the week before thanksgiving. The first Sunday of Advent is 11/29. I am going to suggest that items be shipped priority with dc to me and I will ship out priority with dc. I will check and see if there is a flat rate shipping box that they can be shipped in.

If you will post to this thread and let me know what slot you would like I will edit this list.

Can I do the heart with writing?

And could you refresh my memory... we make 25, right?

Yes I will add that to the original post. You will make 25 ornaments for each slot you choose.

So I will make 25 Bibles and then 25 of my second ornament also.

Robin, I may want to do 2 as well, if there are enough slots. I'll wait and see Thanks for organizing this.

I'm in! I will do the star. Can you post more pictures so that I get an idea of how big each ornamant should be. Is it ok if it is not felt?

Yes, I will try to post more photos later. It isn't required that it be out of felt. The ornaments were all different sizes and styles and we love it because they are so unique. I would love it is if everyone would find some way to incorporate their user name in the ornament (even just by writing it on the back so we can know/remember who made each).

I would like to do the colorful coat. I might be willing to do a second if there are more slots available.

Ah, Gretchen beat me! I was going to repeat my cross from last time.

I want 2. But I'm not sure which two yet...

I'll choose a globe, because Erik would really enjoy making them with me. And, how about the brick wall. I think I can do those.

(I might sign up for another if we need to fill another spot. )

Ok, I should have gotten a little closer for more detail but this will give you an idea of size. The smallest one we recieved in the other swap was baby Jesus and it is about 1 inch. The others were about 2- 3 inches in size.

If there is a specific ornament you want to see a picture of let me know and I will see what I can do.

brick wall

heart

lion and lamb

tablets

fiery furnace

star

baby Jesus

sorry the photos are so big.

I put the gc in the photo so you would have an idea how big things were. Oh and don't feel like you have to make something like was done in the past. These are just ideas for size. Thanks everyone!
