We still have 10 slots left to fill. I can fill those spots myself but all the extra ornaments I make will be things printed on heavy duty cardstock and finished some way (either laminated or layered on cardstock or something similar) and finished with ribbon. I simply can't make that many "crafty" type ornaments.

If that works for everyone that is fine but if not then we need to decide what we are going to do because we need to close this and get to work on the ornaments. I want everyone to have enough time to finish this and get it mailed to me by the due date.

So let me know what you want to do.

I'll take the tablet and candle. The printed ornaments are fine with me just don't think you should have so many to do.

I never heard from Meg on my post asking at SewingMamas... bArb thought it was against board guidelines which I completely understand.

If you're willing to do it, that would be great if you did the extras that don't get signed up for. I'll do one more... have to go look to see what's available.

Am slightly confused which board guidelines? LMK

Whatever doesn't get spoken for I will do, just didn't want people to be disappointed if they were all fairly similar.

Robin, I think she means it's against SM board guidelines to post a thread there telling people to come here for a swap.

I'll do another, let me think about which one.

Did it get posted on the main board again? Just wondering if there were other moms who would do it, but missed the first thread.

Ok, that makes sense.

I added you and will add anyone else through this weekend and then I finish out the rest of the swap.

Thanks

Oh, Robin, I can take a couple of the extras, too, and make the simple printed ones if you'd like. Even those can take some time if you have to do it 25x. Just let me know!

would buying the wood cutouts from a craft store and painting them be ok? I'd love to do this, I just don't have a lot of time.

Sounds perfect to me I think one of mine (the heart with writing) may be painted wood shapes... not sure yet exactly how I'll do it.
