How about a KID "I never get mail" swap? **Partner's Listed in OP

Ava sorts the mail for me every day, and is always bummed she doesn't get mail. She does sometimes, but not every day!

I'd like to do a cheapie swap with a card and a little goodie/toy. How about a $2.50 max with shipping! Open through Monday, will ship by Monday the 31st (Lindsey's birthday!)

Ava is 6 yrs old, loves dogs, cats, horses, easy reader books, Hello Kitty, Disney, stickers, coloring, dress up, candy, fruit snacks, gum (sugarless please), hair clips/barrettes, kid music, balloons (especially the kind you can make animals out of). Favorite colors are pink and red.

Elana is 3 mos, loves fairies, interesting things to look at or that make noise (like crinkles, bells etc), board books, teethers, headbands. Favorite color is lavender.

Partners Here - I think I did pretty good, but let me know if I missed someone!!!
***Look for your name in bold to see who your kids are sending to. Shipping Deadline is Monday July 31st!***

I tried to match up ages, the preferences people requested and also matching up people to ship to the same families if possible.
***If you are sending to more than one kid per address - be sure to include INDIVIDUAL packages/envelopes for each child, addressed to them specifically. This can be in one big package/envelope addressed either to mom or to all of the kids to save on shipping.

all 3 of my kids would love this. Any age limit?
I could send 3 out if each of my kids got one.

Chelsey - the almost 17yo...
Anything Pirates of the Carribean or Nightmare Before Christmas
Cool nail polish, makeup, earrings, accessories
Interesting Key chains
Bags- the girl likes bags
Gift cards to just about anywhere

zoey - the almost 6 yo
Earrings (must be hypoallergenic tho)
Strawberry shortcake, my litte pony movies - chicken little too (dvd backups ok)
Stickers
We can read books
cool pads, pens etc
sunglasses

Roman - the almost 3 yo
He is the king of characters
Books, dvds (backups ok), stickers - anything buzz lightyear, shrek, spongebob or veggietales would rock his world
sunglasses would be good

All my kids need bath toys/stuff - so that'd be great too. I'm actually going to throw out the entire bath basket and start again.

No age limit...but we probably need to state ages and preferences! I'm probably going to swap with a few people myself!

Ben would love mail. His request is simple - anything with the alphabet on it. If you want to add anything else, he also likes calendars, and they dont have to be current.

This is fun!

Ryland is 3.4 and about to have a new sister. He is OBSESSED with the Cars movie, loves dinosaurs and trucks like most boys. He's in a 3T for most things but doesn't need any clothing. Um, stickers are always a hit and temp tattoos.

us!!

Lindsey - will be 5 on July 31st - loves fairies, princesses (not disney), polly pockets, ancient Egypt and anything pagan/goddessy. Hand me down clothes make her day too - esp. dresses, and skort outfits (she got a skort and tank set from Barb that she absolutely loves) - she'll be in a 5T this fall. Crystals, nature table items, whatever.. she loves mail A book about moving would be good too - she's getting a little panicky.

Joshua - 3 1/2 - both his sisters have birthdays this month and he's feeling *so* left out when the mail arrives. Had full meltdown the other day because Lindsey got a birthday card from the publix preschool club and he didn't. He loves gnomes/dwarves, elves, dragons and knights.. and right now his biggest love is pirates. got a pair of pirate jammies or a shirt your kid has outgrown? He'd be beyond thrilled. He's in a 3T but we're getting 4s and 5s go save for him as well since he's way overdue for a growthspurt. He loves nature table stuff and crystals as well, or anything pagan oriented.. his favorite color is "dark green." He just very badly needs some mail of his own this month. Oh.. he could use some guided meditation stuff.. a CD or something I can read - I can't come up with stuff on my own and he seems so much more grounded when he does it with some of my friends..

Leila - will be 1 on July 28th - anything mermaid (not Disney).. something to save for her until she's older, clothing for her to wear/grow into (she's finally starting to show signs of possibly outgrowing 3-6 month clothes sometime soon!), something you've made, whatever. She'd love board books about mermaids, and I'm wanting more cloth books for her (any sort) since she breaks the spine and rips board books right now (she loves them so much, she literally loves them to pieces!).

Oh good idea, Amy!

I have one of those, "I never get mail, hmph!"

Isabella is 6- She loves ANY art supply, stickers, candy, bath stuff, any cutesy girly thing, things for her hair, earrings, Raggedy Ann

Not sure if any older children are participating. If not, no big deal but if they are:

Drake is 7- He loves Star Wars, old monster movies, mad libs, legos, candy, gaming cards- Pokeman, Star Wars, etc, Calvin & Hobbes-loves to read, anything sci fi, homemade cd with 80s music would be good (Devo's Whip It anyone?)

Ettie is 10- She is into anything animals, make-up/bath stuff, DOLPHINS, homemade mix cd would be nice with female vocalists, she is letting her hair grow out so things to pull her hair back would be appreciated, earrings, chocolate, tea

Address labels with their name on them would be great, too!

Drake is ONE cool kid, Hope.

This sounds like a great idea. I don't have enough posts yet but when I do, if this is still open, my kids would love it. I write away for free stuff for them just so they can get some mail.

Yes, I think he is a keeper- even if he thinks he is an adult and not a 7 year old.

Samira would love this! She's 4 and a half. She love faries, horses, and rabbits. She's fascinated with mummies and volcanos. so books on those subjects would be good, she also likes Magic Treehouse and Boxcar Children books, but ask first 'cause we have tons. Please no characters. Waldorfy is always good.
