Swap is now closed, please send in choices!

This is a general swap, $20 value, the only difference with the "regular" one is that you cannot ask for specific name brands (I guess for diapering items it's a bit different)

You can specify condition, size, color, etc...but not brand.

ISO can be posted until next Wednesday, choices sent to me by Friday night at the latest. I'll post matches by sunday night and we can send packages by following Wednesday.

Post away!!!

Ys,
Radhanuga

I'm in if I have enough stuff to make a package for someone (I hope everyone makes nice looong lists )

Gently used is fine. WAHM/mama made stuff is always welcome.

I'm still waiting on a couple of packages, so I might edit a bit when they arrive. I've been getting lots of stuff for the girls, so I'm hoping someone will have something for the boys this time too

for Kathryn and Clara

dolls diapers, doll sling
FP little people
duplo or baby legos
stuff that would work with a FP Loving Family dollhouse (doesn't have to be FP, just comparable size - she uses some barbie playfood, older littlest petshop animals, etc with it now)
peekablocks and rollarounds (think that's what they're called)
books
dressup cape with a hood to fit a size 5/6
general dressup stuff - she wants a princess dress (size 5/6)
stickers. small blank books
lip balm
hair dodads, mousse, glitterry stuff, those metal snap barrettes, head bands, etc
VHS or DVD's for kids - Wiggles, Max and Ruby, Sponge Bob, Maisy, Dora, Little Bear, pretty much anything from Noggin, Nick Jr or Playhouse disney, nickelodeon, etc
The Muppet Movie, The Great Mupper Caper, Muppets Take Manhatten - notice a trend here Kathryn has been watching the Muppet show on dvd so we'd like to get some of the movies too. We have Muppet's in Space.

they don't really need clothes, but Kathryn would love some peasant type shirts and skirts in a size 5/6. Her favorite soft flowery peasant shirt is getting too small. Maybe a twirly skirt too.

For Adam, Jeremy and Noah

Comdey cd's for my 17 yo (he loves George Carlin, Margeret Cho, Dennis Leary, etc) stuff with the parental advisory warning is okay
Steven King books and movies (we only have IT - the book and the movie) my 15 yo really want Cujo.
Other teen type movies (vhs or dvd)- they mentioned Scarey Movie, but I'm sure there are others. They've been into creepy movies lately. Blade Trinity, Salem's Lot, The Shining maybe... they also like Brittish comedy like monty python

fantasy type books for my 11 yo. either novels or books about fantasy type creatures or scifi type creature/characters
books about dragons
We have been slowing buying all the books in the Redwall series by Brian Jacques. We are still missing these titles if anyone happens to have any laying around - Outcast of Redwall, The pearls of Lustra, Marlfox, Triss and High Rhulain. The Redwall map anf family history books, dvds or videos would also be greatly appreciated

jeans waist 36 and length either 30" or 32"
cargo type shorts in waists 33" or 36"

teeshirts with fun/goofy/character/slightly rude/funny stuff on them in men's sizes M, L and XL they are kind of tall, so nothing too short

teeshirts with dragons on them - size M, L or XL

video games for the following systems - Playstation 2, Nintendo game cube, nintendo DS, gameboy advance, nintendo 64, super nintendo
they like almost anything except the regular sports games - now if it's mario golf or something like that, they'd love it
players guides for the games
those demo discs that come with the video game magazines
video game magazine from the last couple of years

full sized scabble game (we have a travel sized one right now)

books on learning to play the vioin

piano sheet music - pretty much any from classical to modern

blue hair dye

guys watches - something cool or funky. could use up to 3 of these

umbrellas - in boy type colors. they keep losing theirs and they won't use the print ones I have . just not the ones from the dollar store because they broke the first time we used them.

funky flip flops in size 11 (17 yo loves these)

DH

polo shirts or tee shirts size 2X
dress shirts for church 2x - short sleeve
coffee percolator (for making coffee on the stovetop)
coffee grinder
good coffee (he loves coffee, can you tell ? )
if anyone had any old episodes of Rocko's modern life he would LOVE that
Simpsons items (we have a clock and a picture up and he loves these)

Me

I could really use some spring/summer clothes
bottoms (18/20 XL) tops (20/22 2X - they need to fit 42 D )
no sleeveless please - v necks a plus. I love rich/earthy colors and black, ethnic/funky, something soft and comfy - long skirts, shirts, yoga pants, whatever just no yellow or light green please (doesn't go well with my complextion). Some v-neck tees that aren't too short would be great too. Just nothing too old ladyish (I'm getting old, but not that old )
nursing bras size 42D/42DD
nursing necklace
magazines - I love checking out different magazines - got any copies of Family Fun, Faith and Family, Gardening mags, home decor mags, More, Kids mags, etc ?
yummy smelling soaps
yummy smelling candles
flexi 8 hair clips
body butter
anything Mary Englebright
anything from Anne Geddes
a new phone book (something cute or pretty)
comfy shoes that would fit my really wide 8.5 feet
chocolate (would love chocolate soap too )
pretty nail polish so Kathryn and I can paint our nails together
lip balm
pretty lipstick in a melon or maybe rose shade
makeup samples (I love makeup, but haven't bought any in a while except mascara)
some kind of light scent/cologne/perfume. I haven't had any in a long time and i'd like some - just nothing with rose
indi type jewelry
I wouldn't mind a few surprises

Misc

religious artwork/decorative items (we're Catholic)
deep pocket fitted sheets for a double bed (doesn't have to be a set, we really need a few extra fitted sheets)
extra pillow cases (they don't have to match the sheets)
wash cloths
something with ideas for card making (maybe magazines ?)
card making supplies (something basic stuff to start out with maybe a starter kit ?)
basic beading kit/supplies with directions (again, something I would like to try)
nicer paint brushes, especially smaller ones - the kids ruined mine again
stamping idea books and stamping stuff

I'll keep adding as I think of stuff.

I can't resist

Hello, I'm Tanya and I'm a swap-aholic

Mama made and used are just fine. Also, I do LWI dying so if something has a stain or whatever, but is a light color, t-shirt knits ok but no sweater knits, I can dye it.

Me
Natural fibers please
lg or xl nursing tops
xl nursing nightgown/nightie or men's sleep shirt I can unbutton to nurse - or multiples
40DD nursing bras - cotton/ blend
piercing posts for my ears, prefer simple gold tone ones, need to be hypoallergenic
a yoga mat
French clip type hair barrettes, prefer fairly neutral or texturally interesting with good quality clip
sunglasses, small oval or rectangle styles look good on me
scrapbooking type cutters - any
size 7 flipflops - light weight cheapies. I have a wide foot and so far all of the better ones I've tried are too narrow.

Little guy, coming soon:
newborn hat - want one of the super cheap hospital birth ones made from a tube with something to close it at the top. These fit so well for newborn but I'm having baby at home.
1 pr wool nursing pads
water sling
super soft 0-6mo robeez type shoes boys/gn
dritz diaper pins
moses basket
car seat cover, the kind to block the wind
someone want to sew a new seat cover for my britax roundabout?
wool or lambskin carseat bag, snuggly thing for baby when in car seat
lanolin
cotton sheet to fit an arms-reach co-sleeper. Not sure if a pack-n-play sheet is the same size?

Ds
4 or 5 dress coat - poly ok
some cute cotton t's, playwear is fine, but must have a good size neck opening. Prefer stripes or without characters unless, of course, it's spiderman. size 4 or 5
kids baseball caps
right hand leather kids baseball glove
wool hood like from Nova Natural - any size
a pair of hand knit wool socks for next winter
twin sheets one or two sets, all natural fiber - cotton or other, for a boy /gn
dress up stuff - imaginative rather than character.
glitter
tempera paints
blank cards
books about fairies, elves or other magic folk
books about unschooling - other than teach your own
kids books about the body, would like pictures of inside the body - can be adult, medical, whatever
a cd version of the above would be cool too
a kids pocket knife. We have a plastic one, ready for a more real one but no sharper than a butter knife
large playsilks and playclips
Dreaming of Playstands - would pay shipping and trade more
one of those wooden bikes with no pedals, no idea of the name

House
Retractable clothes line
over the door or on the wall hanging shoe bag, want one of cloth not vinyl
One of those Acme folding bags
Good quality original watercolors, prefer landscapes but would love to see any
plain white correll ware dishes with matching rubber lids
silicone spatulas
silicone pastry brush
do they make miniature muffin "tins" in silicone?
bandanas or bandana size handkerchiefs in all cotton fabric - mama made is great
natural fiber shower curtain
table cloth for a lg rectangular table
feather duster
soda ash for dying

video or dvd
belly dancing instructional or early film era footage
Harry Potter Goblet of Fire
Star Trek Enterprise series, we've seen none of it
later seasons of Star Gate

Dh
xl plain white t-shirts in good shape
dress shirts - he's so picky but I'll try to describe, must have a grey undertone or kind of dirt brown, not a thin fabric, xl. I have shoulder, chest and arm measurements at home.
bamboo starts, wildflower seeds for I think we're zone 5?, a hand trowel
straight razor
back issues of popular science, discover, popular mechanics or similar magazines
Earl Grey, English Breakfast or Irish Breakfast tea

Mama made stuff - (unscented or ask if I can use the scent please - allergies, sigh) *belly butter, soap, body scrub,
food, sewing, crochet dish cloths (not the hang on the fridge handle kind, the scrubby kind). What d'yah make?
GC's for anything online or in the 87501 area

If you don't have $20-25 worth of stuff to send me, that is fine. I am decluttering and would prefer to take in less than I send!

Matching outfits for girls, in sizes 3T and 0-9 months. Any season accepted!

Clothes for me, specifically A-line skirts, shorts (shorter shorts are great!), capris, jeans in LONG (must be long), all in size 6.

I love heeled espadrilles, size 9.

WAHM lotions and body oils.

Disposable diapers, any size.

Nail polish.

Magazines (check first, I have some)

Shorts for a girl size 16.

I'll add more later.
