I have the whole set of the Moving Beyond the Page Ages 6 - 8 package. It includes all 4 Concepts with Teacher's Manual and Student's Workbook. We LOVED this curriculum! It is in perfect, like new condition with no bends, marks, etc. Please let me know if you are interested.

Hi, was wondering if you still have the 6-8 curriculum. Does it include all required reading materials and the manipulatives. Have the pages been written on in the student workbooks? Did you and your family enjoy this curriculum? New to homeschooling this year, and appreciate any help/advice you can give.

Did you end up selling the set?

I have just found out about them and are looking for a set - but my kids are in "publlic school" right now" so I wanted to go over the curriculum.

If anyone else is reading this and has experience homschooling with kids that have special needs - I have one with ASD/OCD &ADHA and dyslexic. she talks non stop and I find that after even a short time I am so frustrated by the continually noise, that I am scared to homeschool her -but she is also gifted, creative and squashed at school.

2nd child 16 months younger (and one of twins) ADHD-extremely concrete in his thinking - very messing no internal motivation on subjects that don't rate as high interest to him.

3rd child - easy

ages 7, 7, 8 ( so 1st grade, and 3rd grade) I have IEP's on 2 with help as I am a former teacher - but aI do have PTSD.

So if anyway has any thoughts and feelings, personal experience - remember, my kids are loud, highly social, extroverted by nature and extremely creative in their thought processess which results in situations that other people just look at me, as if, "how could you let your child do that!" when the answer is, "of course I would not LET my child do that - but children do things we least expect. eg: My son know that you do no stick things into outlets. so he put a nail through one of the holes on plug, they put the plug into the outlet to see what would happen - he came down stairs later to ask what a smal expslosion in the socket would do! Rushing upstairs - I find the evidence after hunting around and then asking what happened.....He explained that he had NOT put anything into the socket in his mind (also shown as a direct insertion) but had shorted the plug, cause flames from his socket...only shorting out parts of his room. He said that he used something else to get the plug out of the wall as he knew it wasn;t working properly!

Anyway - thanks for you help and hoping you didn't sell the set!
