can you help me use my pantry and freezer........

I am trying to use my pantry/freezer instead of making big trips to the store for next couple of weeks.
I seem to always cook the same things over and over again so I am not making much progress making a menu using what I have on hand.
Dh's work is really really slow tho so I am hoping to stretch the paychecks by running to aldi and only picking up fresh fruit/veggies, bread, milk, and maybe cereal and a few odds and ends to finish a meal.
Can you please help me make up a menu using what I have.
dh can be kind of stubborn thinks you must have meat at every dinner,
I can get him to do baked potato soup for dinner but not often.
I can still grill outside if it is not to windy

Broccoli bake: froz. brocc + canned corn + bechamel sauce (or canned soup) + herbs topped with a box of dry stuffing mix

Pasta salad

Potato salad

Potatoes topped with spaghetti sauce

Chicken Veggie Soup: chix legs boiled, shredded (bones removed) + veggies in the chix broth

Pasta (looks like you have enough for several meals worth): fry the hot dogs in slices or strips, season w/garlic and toss in w/sauce

quiche

Ribs & mashed potatoes

Pork Chops

Chix "wings" with the legs (make the sauce)

Casserole topped w/corn bread

Breakfast night w/pancakes & fruit

Your ready made meal things:
Chix nuggets
Tuna Helper
Breaded chix filets

Use the cans of veggies and fruits as sides for the meals. Maybe alternate meat/non-meat days so that it doesn't bother your dh too much?

If you buy some dry beans you could make a chili w/the beef filets. Cook chicken and use the great northern beans to make a white chili.

HTH.

You have lots to make meals from. I have a problem where I buy stuff and then don't end up using it (it sits in the cuboard) and then I buy more stuff. I like making a list of what I have it helps me to plan my meals easier and use what I already have.

I don't have specific suggestions but with the pasta you can easily add just a little meat to the pasta and make your meat last longer. ie) Dice up those steaks and add into the pasta.

Instead of listing the meat first think of listing the pasta/rices first and how to dr them up to be the main thing instead of side.

Crock pot recipes are usually good for the canned food
