dont let the cc places intimidate you. they are not allowed to yell (you can charge the with with harassment and verbal assault)
they cannot call your family or friends, they can be sued for harassment
they want your money, so getting a little bit is better than nothing.
sometimes its actually better to deal with collections because the are more willing to let you pay a lower amount.
