Please help me use up an excess of yogurt and raw milk!

Posting here cause it would be Very un-frugal for me to let this go to waste!

I have a standing weekly order for my milk but haven't used my whole gallon for the past 2 weeks. So now I have about 2 quarts that are a bit soured and another 2 quarts that are still drinkable...but I'm getting another gallon today!

So I'm thinking, cook something with the soured stuff - but what? I'm really not into doing pancakes.....ideas?

The other stuff - maybe pudding? I can make some kefir too....

I have 2 quarts of yogurt too. One we'll just eat with granola, etc but the other one was homemade and I don't like the flavor as much so I want to cook with it. What should I make? I was thinking maybe some baked dish with potatoes? Other ideas?

Please help! I have to cook some stuff fast because I won't have room in the refrigerator to store all of this for long (so something needs to get cooked tonight!).....

Thanks for any ideas

yogurt -
you can do a salad dressing, use in place of sour cream in a recipe, use in a baking recipe (ie. no pudge brownies use a cup of yogurt or applesauce)

sour milk -
biscuits (which you could then freeze to use later), hm - maybe cornbread, I think probably anything you use buttermilk for would work

Mix the yogurt with fruit & freeze as yogurt pops for treats.

or you can use it to make chicken curry sauce with a bit of coconut milk & spices.

we freeze our raw milk yogurt all the time. Works fine.

The sour milk can sit in the fridge for a while. You can also make cream cheese out of it- let it sit out on the counter for 2 days (w/ the top on the carton). Then strain it through a sieve or cheesecloth in the fridge for overnight, letting the liquid drip out into some other bowl. hrow the liquid away, and what's left, I mix with cinnamon, honey, and pureed raisins. Or I make an herb dip out of it.

oh my gosh, I'm a parfait addict. I don't care if its plain crappy yogurt, enough berries and stevia added and i will gobble it up for breakfast lunch and dessert!

i love all the ideas, though.

i would have just fed the soured milk to my dog... or taken a bath with it!
