We use ours often but what we make is def. not low fat. I make this really yummy light tasting vanilla icecream
4 cups half and half
1/2 cup whipping cream
1 cup sugar (I use cane juice crystals)
2 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt
Sometimes we also omit 12 ounces of the half and half and add a can of hansen's rootbeer for rootbeer coolers.
My favorite dessert ever is the vanilla ice cream with hershey's syrup and peanuts on it
