Can you look at my budget?

We are attempting to pay off at least $20,000 in debt this year (and hoping for more). I'm not giving numbers, but can you tell me if I'm missing anything for my budget areas?

House payment (includes escrow)
AC/Heat/Plumbing (seems we wind up calling someone every once in awhile)
Car insurance
Car (will be paid with tax return)
Tires (need new tires this year)
Oil changes
Gas
Insurance
License
Allowances (DH, Me, Kids)
newspaper
cable/internet
phones
water
gas
electric
trash
netflix
birthdays/holidays/etc. (Unfortunately, this is going to eat some cash because my brother is getting married this year...I'm hoping my SIL, who's putting her wedding off until her baby is born, doesn't decide to get married this year too--is that bad?)
homeschool supplies
preschool for DD
food/paper products/cleaning supplies $500
medical/vision/dental

I think that's it...I don't have what I wrote down in front of me.

Please tell me I didn't miss anything.

do you have to pay to register/inspect your car each year?
it's good to have a reserve for car repairs that might come up
do you plan to buy clothing and/or outerwear/swimwear for the children or yourself this year?
that's all I can think of. good list!

All I could find was clothing and yearly registering/inspections. Paying for plates is a huge expense where I live, so if I don't plan for it we are in trouble. Setting aside funds for car repairs is good too. It seems when we don't have funds set aside is when things go wrong.

Did you see Sagemama's post about giving a handmade Christmas tree skirt and ornaments to a couple getting married? I thought it was such a fantastic idea.

Oh, oops! I do have a clothing budget. I did put license--it's about $112 a year here--just paid it for this year. We don't have car inspections here, though.

Yeah, I'm thinking on car repairs. We hope to have an emergency fund, so I don't know if I should plan on using that if necessary. I did plan for oil changes and new tires.

Thanks!!!

My SIL cuts my hair and DD's hair for free. DH has been cutting the boy's hair. We might need to budget for DH's haircuts, though.

Thanks, Mamas!
