With the new year approaching, DH and I started outlining our goals for 2008, they are:
- to be totally off credit/debt free by the end of the year if not sooner
- get better at being thrifty (I need MAJOR help in this category)
- be more self sufficient
- de-clutter, and sell, or give away everthing we don't need
- make a budget (again need help)
- figure out how to be thrifty with the new baby (ideas???)
- work on my writing more, and get published again, and get an agent.
There are more but that is what we came up with so far......

Ooohhhhh...can't wait to see the quilt Val! So excited.

This year is all about thrift, paying off debts, and building our savings account, we bought our house in March with a lot in savings, and needed appliances, furniture, and we went overboard, then my job ended and my new job pays 1/4 of that, so we really need to adjust things, especially with the baby coming!

I have been reading lots of threads, and have already gotten many wonderful ideas this forum is so awesome!!!!!!!!
