Happy birthday week!

What can I make that my non-veg aunt who eats really bland food (and not tomatoes) with no freaking fiber will like? I have tons of cage-free eggs I got on manager's special for $1 a dozen. So I'm thinking we'll have one night with quiche, one lunch of egg salad, and one or two scrambled egg breakfasts. Homemade mac n cheese one night.

OK, I do have a plan...

Well, not for the whole week, but for the next few days, anyway. Today, I made oatmeal for breakfast, Indian black-eyed peas for lunch (from the "I Love Indian food" thread in Super Crunch), and curry from Val's curry recipe from the "creative meals" thread here. I'm working on a bigger plan...I feel like I'm finally starting to get back on track.

Thursday:
Breakfast: oatmeal
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: homemade pizza
Snack: smoothies

Friday:
Breakfast: oatmeal
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: pasta with grilled chicken breast, sundried tomatoes, broc. and alfredo sauce.

Saturday:
Breakfast: Sausage and biscuits , smoothies
Lunch:
Dinner:Steak on the grill, asparagus

Sunday:
Brunch at church
Dinner: Tacos
