(((Jenni)))

The only thing I can say, I guess, is that I believe the Universe (God, Goddess, Divine, your preference here) sometimes puts things in our way that seem like stumbling blocks, but often turn into opportunities. When the house we're buying came up for sale, I was so torn and confused and didn't know what to think or do - here we were pointed in one direction and someone came and picked us up and pointed us in a different direction and it was completely unsettling. In the end it turned out for the best.

Is buying this house and your dh staying in the Marines incompatible? What would life look life if he stayed in and would that be okay with you? These are all the questions you're probably asking yourself...it's impossible for me to judge or tell you to do this or that. I am just sure - outside the situation, it's easy to be sure - that this will all work out in a way you cannot yet imagine, but it will be a good way. And more - it's a tough place to be.

Oh, Jenifer I'm sorry to hear all this is happening.

But I can tell you that often times what we think is the worse thing that can happen actually works for the best, it may not be for a while that we see that but someday you will.

I hope you and your husband are able to get together soon to talk things over. I know from experience how frustrating it can be to have things happening yet not be able to talk them over with your spouse.

Let us know how things go and come back to "vent" if you need to.

Tawnya

PS I'll keep my fingers crossed for you that your dh is on the non recruiter side fo the 50/50 chance......
