More debt~ Updated in OP

Update: it's so infuriating how quickly things can change. The entire thing fell through this morning. I was really, really upset at first but I've spent the day trying to think of all of the good aspects~ like trying to get DH on board to do mortgage-free, build our own place. That's not said correctly. Of course he doesn't want a mortgage, but he also doesn't want to be living in a tiny trailer while building.

DH and I applied for our home loan last night and we were approved. I'm very happy, I just hope everything works out!

That's awesome! We just got our Mortgage committal in the mail the other day- that was the LAST step we had to do before settlement, I was so ecstatic to get it!

Thanks everyone! There's a little shop to the left, the corner of it made it into the pic. The family to the right side are emu farmers. There's a small pond at the fenceline for the emu's to drink from. I really like that all I can see of the two neighbors from the property are the emus!

No, DH is getting out of the military. He'll have 13 years in but he's seen too much and it's just not a good place for him anymore. So I guess it's a PCS, but to the civilian side of life.

I love love the front porch!!! The acerage is wonderful!! I really like the house, it has a wonderful cabin look to it.
