Thanks mama's for all the info on groceries...
I saved a bundle this week. I reduced our grocery bill by $50. I was in shock when the total was $110 for the whole week, which included a new pair of shoes for DS and a trip to the middle eastern store. I don't feel like I skimped all that much on the menu either. I just planned it out carefully. I think I could have got it down alittle more if I needed it to. I bought canned beans and tortillas and lenders bagels for DH which I can make if I needed to. I also always have extra fruit for snacking. Here is what I came up with: (Sorry for the Spelling errors)
