Baking Day!

Total so far:
6 loaves of banana bread (4 more to go!)
pumpkin apple scones
cranberry apple muffins
pumpkin muffins (3 batches!)
cranberry scones
cranberry bread
wheat bread
apple pie
chocolate chip scones
carob & brown sugar muffins

My freezer is packed, the mailman and neighbors are happy campers.

I found the dented 'nanas 30 cents/six. The apples were also a good price. Best of all, nearly every ingredient I used was organic!

So what have you all been cooking up in your kitchens?

I'm going to a Christmas baking exchange on Friday, so I'm trying to figure out what to take that I can make seven dozen of! I was going to make those homemade skor bars that are SUPER good, but I don't know if I have enough soda crackers (yes, there are soda crackers in them - weird but delicious!) If noone has allergies, I might do peanut chocolate squares that tastes like reese's cups. Or maybe chewy oatmeal chocolate squares. I don't know yet. I've been baking lots of pumpkin pie lately too, because I have an enormous one to use up.

mmmm! I bet your house smells so good right now!

I baked homemade wheat dinner rolls and we ate them all for dinner (we had company that helped).

I am making cookies for our church party on Saturday night.

That's about all. With dh gone all the time I just don't have the time to do a lot of baking.
