Easy, healthy muffin recipe

Basic healthy muffins~


2 cups ww flour
1/2 cup honey
1/3 cup oil
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup milk
1 egg

1 cup additions:

raisins
apples
berries
nuts etc...

Mix all ing. together, plus the additions. Keep the mixture very moist and spoon into muffin tins.
Bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees or untill cooked

Thanks! This looks good. I have to make it wheat-free though, so I will try rice flour or a combo of rice/millet flours instead of WW.

Sounds good! And I *think* I have all those ingredients. I'll have it try it this week - thanks for posting it.

You ladies are inspiring me to learn to cook good, healthy snacks. Granola bars, now muffins.
