flylady for dummies- or rather people who just can't get with the complicated program

I saw a link to this site on another board. i followed it, bought the planner, organizer, and am VERY impressed. It is so EASY. It is an Ebook and each page has a weeks planner calnder on it. Each week has daily chores, and each day has chores that are specific to that day. But ever day is not the same. Today I have to clean off the phones but next mon it will be a different task. She has included everything- even clipping the kid's nails. And it is such an easy format.

Check it out: www.motivatedmoms.com

the price for a years calendar was 7.00. I paid with paypal. it was totally worth it!

(some people don't pick up on jokes all that quickly- hence the disclaimer)

I use this system (changed for my own good of course) and I LOVE it! When ever I am on it I feel better, save money and keep my house clean. And I am serious... it really helps my mood!

You can get 2002's calander for free here:
http://www.motivatedmoms.com/2002_Book.pdf

It is easier to copy the last years for me and then put in what I need to do than it is for me to get it and adjust the new one. I just put it on half sheets of paper and picked up a small binder (the half sized ones at Walmart, it is about 5 years old and has been used for at least 4 different things.) You have to turn the font so it fits, but that is easy with a WP, and I love the fact that I can have my shopping lists, calander, chores lists, and my money notebook all in the same folder!

Love Val

PS here are a few other sites for organization that I have found (some though this board) over the last two years:

Since you got the old one for free are you not able to also use it as your calendar? I think one advantage for me is that I can use it to double as my calandar. I don't actually have one yet and have been really aggreated cause I don't have anything posted about appts, holidays and such. So this is doing double duty for me too. I have an old family notebook (flylady I think) that I might pull out again and try to organize. I gave up on the family notebook when it got to be too full and also dh got me a PDA. Unfortunately I don't use my PDA as much as I thought I would cause I can't get it to synchronize for some reason.

I do wish I could modify a few of the things, but not much. Thanks for the links...I am bored cause the kids are napping and my list is checked off LOL so I am off to check out the other sites.
