I am growing some leaf lettuces and am having a problem with bugs.

I finally found out what they are (well, not exactly). I have lots of little green caterpillars on the leaves - almost the exact same color as the leaves. They are SMALL - about 1 cm. I'm guessing they are laying eggs too b/c I have hundreds of little black dots on the leaves too.

Any ideas on how to save my lettuce?
