Ha - I'm just making my list too! I want to do a seed order this week and I've been drooling over the seed savers catalog.
So far, I've already planted (some overwintered):
garlic (planted in the fall)
various greens - kale, spinach, lettuces - everything I had leftover
sugar snap peas - though they still haven't emerged so they might be duds (they were left over seeds)
collards
broccoli
cauliflower
flat leaf italian parsley
cilantro
I also have a perrenial herb patch with mint, oregano and chives.
I KNOW I will grow:
Tomatoes:
Polish Linguisa
Amish Paste
Sun Gold cherries
some slicer....
lots more greens
beans
zucchini
pie pumpkins
winter squash
pickling cukes
onions
green onions
leeks
I'll try carrots again but they never do well (to darn many rocks - even in my raised beds )
Oh some other stuff. lol Just need to decide on varieties!
Oh and I want to get my raspberry patch in this spring. DH has been giving me a hard time about it so I guess I have to dig it! (he doesn't want to dig lol)

Sounds good! I decided on varieties by ordering the most cold-hardy and proven varieties offered by a local seed company. If they can grow it, I can grow it. I like simple and supporting local...it's all organic seed too. I really have no idea what I'm doing as far as gardening, to top it all off.
4 different tomatoes (can't remember them all but several are roma, cherry, etc)
3 different thymes - lemon scent, varigated, garden
basil
bell peppers - green, red, orange, yellow (wanted purple but couldn't find any)
banana peppers
cilantro
onion chives
garlic chives
shallots
flat leaf or italian parsley
garden sage
bronze leaf fennel
eggplant
strawberries
hot peppers (away from the others to prevent cross pollination, they are jalapeno and tabasco)
tarragon
greek oregano
italian oregano
nasturtium
lemon grass
New Zealand climbing spinach
Bush variety cucumbers (instead of climbing
dill
straight neck summer squash
zuchinni
watermelon -allsweet and Moons and stars
artichoke
rhubarb
In containers:
2 christmas rosemary plants
1 prostrate rosemary plant
3 lavendar
spearmint ( I have another of these to put in another pot from last year)
peppermint
applemint
chocolatemint
We've never grown climbing spinach, artichoke or rhubarb before, so this should be interesting.

Haven't got much time this year for growing food but so far we've got a ton of basil, 1 cherry tomato, 1 aubergine and some potatoes.
I'm concentrating on more on making a wildlife garden
