How long from blossom to veggies?

My tomato plants and cucumber plants have LOTS of blossoms. How long does it take for the tomatoes and cuc's to grow? Seems like the cuc's have been blossomed for quite some time. I have like 2 cucumbers actually growing, but thats it. Do I need to add something to help them, some type of plant food? Or am I just being impatient? I WANT FRESH TOMATOES AND CUCUMBERS!!!! LOL!!!! They are my absolute favorite thing out of the garden.
