Question about peat pellets

I started some beans and morning glory seeds in peat pellets a few weeks ago. The roots are coming through the pellets and they have mold on them too.

What can I do about the mold?

The beans are almost a foot tall.....should I put them in planters or something with more dirt?

TIA

Cheryl

Are you absolutely sure it is mold? Sometimes root hairs look like mold, especially on young seedlings.

yes

I'm sure it's mold. They are all fuzzy and moldy looking from top to bottom.

Try watering with chamomile tea. Also, after I posted before, I read your OP more thoroughly. If the beans are almost a foot tall, you should definitely pot them up in something bigger.
