My dn (dear neighbor!) gave me some jasmine to transplant from her yard to mine. She said just shallow bury the roots and it will climb and go after some initial wilting. Anything else about jasmine I need to know? Flow Grow good or notgood for outdoor jasmine?
Beautiful sunny clear day today around 70 all windows open, nice day for a little yardening.

It was ok until I planted it in the ground.
The one I had in water was doing well.
Thanks for asking though. My bulbs are doing well as is the border grass I dug up growing wild in the woods and transplanted as a bed border.

I have a spot, ie picture bellow next covering our garbage cans, that is REALLY hot... and I know that clematis will grow well there but with the weather being about 80* everyday now, I am getting really worried about planting anything there. I was thinking Jasmine, because when you walk past it, it prefumes the air and what better thing to have next to my garbage cans! But I am afriad I will kill it with the heat. What do you think??
