"Topview" my SIL lives in Baden!! DH's brother is in Kitchener & my brother was born in Galt. We also lived in Woodstock & Stratford & St. Thomas & Richmond Hill (to name a few of the places I've lived)
Here I am in Chilliwack, BC. Although I was born and raised in New Zealand. I'm so glad to see we finally have an international forum. Maybe we could organize swaps or trades or a market thread or something fun?

Gulp.
Well in New Zealand it's always Kerry or Kerri or Keri or Kerrie. It's a different name than Carrie I guess, with the 'e' sound instead of the 'a' one. I was named after my mother's brother who was a stillborn babe, so I was Kerri, although he was Kerry, which is the boy's way to spell it. And it's reasonably common for boys there too.
Catala, any good fabric/sewing stores in or around Ottawa? I have to pick up my son from college in April, so I figured maybe I'll have time to check it out. TIA!
I am in Ottawa as well! SEW For It is a great store.
Hello fellow Canadians. I'm from New Brunswick. I just joined here and am feeling my way around. I guess this is a good place to introduce myself.
I'm a working grammie and love playing on the computer. I'm off for the summer right now and am focusing my attention on my music and my online adventure of getting into the diamond trading business.
Over the years I've travelled across Canada and fell in love with all parts of this great country, the beautiful lakes of northern Ontario, the rolling plains of the prairies, the beautiful mountains of Alberta and BC and......ooops.....I just had a flashback to one trip........I was standing on a street in Banff, looking at the magnificant mountains when I all of a sudden got homesick for the Maritimes. I hoped in my car and drove straight home. When I got the first glimpse of the St. John River Valley here in New Brunswick, I had to stop and really look at it. It was the most beautiful sight I had ever seen and I had seen it all me life. It amazed me that I had driven all the way across Canada and back to appreciate what was in my back yard.
