candles, electric tart warmer, an aurora lamp with a candle, potpourri, those oil diffusers with the reeds in a vase, and I have a couple fragrance lampes (but I need to get new stones for them).

my electric tart warmer is like Angie's thing. It's electric...no candle. The scent eventually fades but then I just add some essential or fragrance oil to the melted wax to refresh it.
eta: I can't tell from their site if those take candles or not. But there are electric versions. Just search "electric tart warmer" at ebay.
I was always an eo user, but with the house going on the market, I broke down and got febreze vanilla candles. I don't even need to light them. They leave a light vanilla scent in my living room. It has a core to it that "eats" odors. I don't know if that works or not, but they were 1/2 of what yankee candles were. I found them at the grocery store. I also bought plug in type things for the first time. I bought vanilla and 2 other rain, garden, light scents. I put the vanilla in the kitchen (under the bench the girls sit at, so it is hidden), and the two other scents are in bedrooms and downstairs in the great room. I NEVER thought I'd do it as I'm sensitive to chemically scents, but these are all so light that I actually walk into a room and really like it. Who knew? I found them all at Safeway (regular old grocery store).

I have candles (yankee - sun and sand right now) on my mantle. I also have one on the half wall that overlooks the kitchen/dining room (yankee - farmer's market cinnamon berry).
However, I don't light them very often because of the kids - I have to be IN the room to do it.
Upstairs, I have method rings - they're just a little gelly smelly thing that slips into a ring holder. No heat, no plug-in, light scent. It's cinnamon bark. I also have those new Tide hanger gelly smelly things in my closet - they're lavender vanilla.
In the car, I have a gel thing hanging in the trunk - right now it's yankee, macintosh.
We've done the method reed diffusers, but they were REEEALLY strong at first. I had a grass somethingorother in the bathroom at the old house when we vacated and the second you opened the door you could smell it. I think those are cool looking, but inconsistent in scent level (either really strong when you open it or it fades and goes away quickly despite flipping the reeds).
tart burners and candles. I've got a weird plant ledge next to the stairs (the kids can't reach, but I can get far enough to change out the candle and when I need to, the tart), plus the kitchen window.. I've got enough high/out of reach areas where I can put candles and such.
I use EOs in my homemade cleaners as well, which helps.

Well, currently we have the very natural scent of a decomposing rodent that died in our wall. Lovely! This is definitely a huge drawback to both owning an old house and living near a lake. Ick-o!

Yeah, I'm thinking you don't want what we use!
Mostly, though, I don't use anything. I do like the almond scent of the stuff I use to clean the floors. Sometimes I do drip some EO on a piece of cotton or TP and just stuff it somewhere - mostly in the bathrooms.
