Exclamation READ if you own a Maytag Neptune front loader! CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT

http://www.maytagfrontloadsettlement.com/

I just got a notice and claim form in the mail today. I wanted to post this here in case anyone has moved or something and might not see this.

I have had my circuit board and door latch/wax motor go once, they came out and fixed it and were going to charge me $400 but I complained and they did it free.

I then purchased a $90 extended warranty because I was afraid it would happen again.

Before that I had them come out and change the door seal because it was moldy and smelled bad. I had them do it again when they fixed the circuit board. It is moldy and smells AGAIN, and last time they were out, the tech would not change it.

I am going to have them come out and change it again but I'm going to push for a replacement certificate. I am so tired of this thing being moldy - I have done everything they said to keep it from getting that way. I'm sure it will happen again. I would be so happy to be rid of it and have a new machine. (Except they will only replace it with a Neptune TOP loader - wt??)

Anyway - wanted to pass this on to others. I know I have heard some horror stories on this board about these machines. PLEASE be sure to get what you are owed as far as reimbursement! These were obviously lemons.
