We are

1)painting M bedroom (which has a new marmoleum floor)

2)painted the stairwell

3)painting the downstairs

4)going to paint the kitchen and upstairs bathroom (those two are unfortunately done in oil-based so repainting is more $$ and hard to find non-toxic, but I am researching!)

5)getting sisal on the stairs

6)going to get new facets for the leaky bathroom facets and possibly redo the downstairs bathroom counter (note you can only turn around in there so it is not that $ to redo).

And finally getting a large bookcase which we will be staining with safecoat stain.

We can't afford to buy more than our small place, so we are fixing up what we have to be allergy free and non-toxic.

Been awhile since you posted this, but I am game, and these are in no particular order:

1) Painting girls bookcase that we set into the wall between the studs.

2) Finish painting inside of house, still need the 2 vaulted walls in the livingroom, as well as DH's office.

3) Finish painting the main bathroom. There is a hole I need to patch first from an old towel bar.

4) Overall general decluttering to make life easier

5) Just finished covering a hole in the attic, between the studs, to make the furnace more efficient as well as added insulation.

NEED TO:

1) Clean the mold from the outside of the house.

2) Paint the outside of the house

3) Patch hole in ceiling in the entryway where I fell through from fixing the hole above the furnace, after mis-stepping a beam.

4) Replace two leaky outside faucets

5) Create shelf above window in bedroom, with attached curtain rod and make curtains to go with it all.

I am sure there are much more, but those are off the top of my head.

We are

4)doing transitional primer in kitchen and changing it over to water based

5)paint both bathrooms (one being changed to water based)

6)going to get new facets for the leaky bathroom facets and possibly redo the downstairs bathroom counter (note you can only turn around in there so it is not that $ to redo).

7)Stain the bookcase
