organic fresh baby spinach
organic sliced fresh strawberries
crushed almonds (I use Blue Diamond Smokehouse)

we're on a spinach salad kick too ... love the almonds ...

other favorite toppings include sunflower seeds or sesame seeds, mandarian oranges, raspberries, feta cheese, parmasean cheese ... yummy ... not all at once, of course :P

My favorite bottled dressing is Annies Ginger/Garlic/Sesame ... or something like that ... Trader Joes sells something really similar too that's great.
