*Walk Away the Pounds (gonna try this)
*The Firm
*the breathing one...tall long haired blond lady...she now has a bar with her aerobic breathing...drawing a blank here.
What else have you tried/liked? Disliked and why? I don't like to get wrapped up in the infomercials...I'd rather here (and see) results from women who've had children and actually battle with their hips and tummy! NOT models (unless you've battled your hips and tummy too!).

I have a WATP DVD I'll sell you cheap I found it boring.
I've done the breathing one in the past. Body Flex w/Greer Childers. It sounds whacky, but it worked. You look/sound like a natural born fool doing it. I lost 2 inches in my waist, and an inch off each thigh within 4 weeks. I'm not generally a big mama, about a size 10 normally, so it was a big difference for me.
I have one Firm tape, and I find it hard to follow. I'm not the most coordinated person, so all the changes have me tripping over myself. Ok, now step aerobics for 2 minutes, ok now move the step and pick up your weights, ok now floor aerobics, wait grab the step and take it apart, now pick up the weights. In theory, it's a great blend of aerobic and weight training. I'm just too uncoordinated to do it.
I use the Firm vol. 1 and 2, the ones with susan harris and wayne gretzky's wife. The rest of the series really sucks, for some reason. But those two videos kick some serious butt. People comment on my "muscular physique" from doing that stuff. They key is use as heavy a weight as you possibly can for maximum results. I run too, b/c I don't want to appear "bulky."

I've gotten terribly flabby over the winter...I went from a 10 last year/summer back up to a size 12 (usually am in the winter - was an 8 when I got preggo with Branden). I have cellulite pretty far down the back of my legs...hips, etc...places I just did not have it before! Flabby tummy, sagging butt, flabby arms...ugh! I have come to the realization that I cannot do what I used to in life (i.e. skip meals and not exercise)...it's not working anymore. I want to be healthy and am finally now willing to work at it. I don't want to waste my time...or get bored (hence the reason I'm asking about the different programs). I know I need a good cardio workout, toning/weights, and something to target my BUTT!
I have the WATP on the way...The Firm...and I'd like to Body Flex because I do NOT breath properly...and if I can lose weight while learning to breath, well can't beat that!
Louise...what size weights?? I mean an entire loose weight set (hand held)?? I might try to scout the garage sales for some then.
I love The Firm tapes. I usually only use #1 and #6. But, they really kick my butt. I am sore for a couple days after I use them. So....... I do The Firm 1-2 times per week, Pilates and Tae Bo the other days.
And, I've lost about 12 pounds!

I was tripping over myself last night too...I've never done aerobics...so the "commands" didn't make sense to me...I'll get it soon I hope.
