Oatmeal cranberrie cookie recipe

Sarah's Oatmeal Cranberrie Cookies (....or raisin....chocolate chip)

Preheat oven in the 325 degree range and spray cookie sheets with oil.

Whisk together:
3/4 c flour
1 c. whole wheat flour (you can use all white but I like to incorporate
wheat when possible)
3/4 t baking soda
3/4 t baking powder
1/2 t salt
1/2 t groud cinnamon
1/2 t ground nutmeg

Separate bowl, beat on medium speed:
1/2 pd (2 sticks) butter, softened
1 1/2 c packed brown sugar
1/4 sugar
2 Large eggs
2 1/2 t vanilla

Stir flour mixture into butter mixture bit by bit until well blended.
Stir in:
1c craisins (dried cranberries)
3 1/2 old fashioned rolled oats

Drop dough by heaping tablespoons onto cookie sheets. Bake 6-9minutes

Allow to cool slightly before moving to rack (like 2minutes).

TRY NOT TO EAT THEM ALL BEFORE DAD GETS HOME

Sounds like a great recipe. If you want to avoid the cooking spray/oil on the baking sheets, line the sheets with parchment paper, which can be reused for each batch of cookies until you're done. No problems with burning the bottom and no sticky gunk on the cookie sheets to scour off when you're done!

I live and breathe the stuff, LOL.

You can get it at speciality cooking stores if your local grocer doesn't carry it. Reynolds is now making it, too, so check your wraps and foil section in the grocery.
