Wow, thanks for the info on Tylenol. I don't use it alot but I can't say I don't ever. Now I'm going to try harder not to give it to my kids.

I didn't know tylenol stored up forever. Yikes! We rarely use it here but my Mom lives on them and my cousin gives it to her kids at the sniffle just in case they get a fever.

I didn't realize tylenol was so toxic. !!! Kinda scary. I used to take it allot. I have struggled with headaches for a large portion of my life. I wish it was just dehydration for me.
I went to a "headache dr" for 7 years when I was in middle/high school. His resolution was pain pills and antidepressants. I was young and dumb and took a bunch of crap.

Now I try and fight most off naturally, cold rags, rest, but some days I break down and take excedrin because it will always kill my headache. But what else is it killing in me. I know it's bad to take them even though I didn't know they were so toxic. But sometimes I can't even function, so I take the damn pills.
Homeopathic tabs always intensify my headaches, I don't know why. I do need to find an herbal remedy that will work. Any suggetions?
Also is there a way to detox safely from all the tylenol already in one's system.
I'm getting a headache just thinking of all the toxins that have built up over the years

Was telling dh about this thread and he said, yep.
A woman he works with had a brother that died from tylenol!
He refused to take prescription medicine or go to the doctor.
So, everyday he took tylenol for his back pain.
It shut his liver down!

There are alot of ways to detox.
However, are you nursing?

I was silly when I was younger and did a liver/gallbladder flush (involves lemon juice and olive oil) when nursing, bad idea!!!

Yes I am nursing and I have heard detoxing could be very dangerous. But I wonder if there is a safe way to cleanse my body?
Do you think the dangers of Tylenol are transfered to my nursing toddler. I never really thought about it being dangerous for her. Oh no am I a bad mom ?
