I need to get my neice a holiday gift, I already got her a playsilk... fashion right. I need something $10-15 she is homeschooled so something educational for that age group would be great

any ideas?

looking back on some of chelseys gifts at that age.
~maybe a nice journal with a cool pen?
~ those black paper notebooks iwth gel pens?
~computer games if she's into that
~gift cert to amazon.com
~a craft kit of some sort. Chelsey got a fairy bendy kit from a mama I know on another board and just loved it! i'm making a similar kit this year for a friends dd
~not educational at all, but this year we're decorating flip flops for our teen neices. Its supposedly very "in" right now. We're picking up flowers, beads, faux fur etc and glue sticks and are going to hotglue the fun stuff to the shoes.
~cool lounge pants. Last year i traded/paid a mama to sew me up some gorgeous lounge/pajama pants for all my preteen/teen neices and even my nephew. they were a big hit

i do not know my neice very well. I do not know if she or her mom are into crafts. I know she likes soccer. She lives in Ashville NC.

Perhaps an amazon gift card, though in my family cash is not seem as a well thought out gift.

I have a 12 year old homeschooler and she'd love to get lounge pants, a cute purse (WAHM would be great), art supplies (Prisma pencils and sketch paper), cute slippers or slipper socks, hair things (scrunchies, kercheifs), CDs, magazine subscriptions (maybe a soccer themed one?), hat/scarf set, stuff for her bedroom.
