I need some ideas for Davis's birthday party. He turns 5 today and his party is on Saturday. The theme is Spiderman and there will be 6 children ages 3-7. It's supposed to rain so I need some ideas for games and activities that would be fun for all the kids to do inside. Thanks mamas, this is my first time having a birthday party with anyone other than family there and I'm actually a little nervous, I want everyone to have a good time.

The kids at Skylar's party loved balloons. I went to t wal-mart and got a bag of like 70 balloons and blew a whole bunch up and just threw them in the living room. The little kids loved just shaking them, some kids threw them at each other, and some of the older kids grabbed the part that was tied, pulled back, and kind of shot them at each other. not the most organized thing to do but it ended up raining for Skylar's party and I had planned a big cookout. Maybe a scavenger hunt would be fun. That's all I can think of now. Hope that helps some.

My big guy, my princess, and my tough little twins
dip yarn in glue, arrange it into a pattern on waxed paper. Sprinkle with glitter.. let dry and hang from a ribbon. They've just made their own "spider webs"
Cute ideas, thanks! I had thought of pin the spider on the web and was planning to make it, but then I found a "Pin the spider on Spiderman" game at the party store, it comes with everything I need for only $2.30 I think it would be cuter to make a web, but this is so cheap and would save me a lot of time.
My mom suggested having them sit on balloons until they pop, LOL! Thanks again for all the suggestions, now I just have to decide which ones to do.
Giant Web Hunt
Everyone loves a treasure hunt, especially when it means unraveling this web of fun! For each guest, you will need a small gift or favor bag item and a long piece of yarn. Before the party, cut several pieces of yarn about 15-20 ft. long and attach a small toy to the end of each one. Hide the toys in drawers, cupboards, under chairs, etc. Slowly stretch each length of yarn around the room, wrapping
them around furniture and intertwining them with other pieces until you have used all the pieces.
This will create a massive web!
Attach the name of a guest to the end of each piece of yarn. When the children find their names they may begin to unravel the spider web. They’re sure to giggle as they get caught in this giant spider web, and they’ll definitely love the prizes at the end!
