Whoops. I thought I all ready responded to this one. Culling is reducing the numbers of the elephants by killing them. This is not only detrimental to the elephants that get shot but also to the whole pack of elephants because they are very emotionally attached to their family members just like we are and mourn their death like we do and some have even commited suicide over the lose of a mate. This petition is an attempt to stop this from happening and is probably a long shot too, but I am trying anyways. Thanks to all who are trying to avoid such suffering as well.
