Q for bunny mamas

What do you tote your bunny in? As in going to the vet, etc.

I like the small 'cat' carrier/crates.

They are around $19 at places like Petco and Petsmart, etc.

(Plastic with a wire like door and latch)

We have one called, "double-door deluxe." It has a door on the top to put him in and take hime out, and one on the end to use if we want him to be able to hop in and out on his own. I was especially glad to have it when we had to take a supposedly sick bunny on vacation with us. He stopped eating (wool block) the day before we were supposed to drive 12 hours to my brother's house. We couldn't very well leave him in the hands of a neighbor if he needed to be syringe-fed, so we took him along. The door on top made it much easier to have him in the truck. We put in on the seat between us where there wasn't enough room to open the front door, and took him out through the top door when we stopped. It also made it easy to put food in there and pet him. Of course, as soon as we got to my brother's house, he started eating normally and looked at me as if to say, "I'm not really sick. I just wanted to come with you." Anyway, It made me glad we chose the carrier we did.
