I see my role as a mother and as a teacher to be a gentle but firm guide to help them become the best person they can become. I have been thinking about adding some pro-gentle guidance gift items for my store, and found this poem:

FAT FACT:
20 years ago a standard cup of coffee was 8 ounces and had 45 calories.
Today's 16 ounce cup of "brand" coffee has 350 calories.
You need to walk approximately one hour and 20 minutes to burn off the extra 305 calories in the "brand" coffee.
